Would Strongly Recommend Ramco to anyone needing quality merchandise in a timely manner. Jeff accommodated a large order for me with very short notice. Customer service was excellent and he was very quick to respond to all the questions I had. A very positive experience and would definitely use Ramco again.

I STRONGLY DISAGREE with the negative review of this supplier. I have been using this company since they opened their doors and have nothing but above and beyond service. They are very fair and will always do everything to make the customer happy, We have placed many substantial orders over the years and NEVER had one complaint. If you need quality work, fair pricing then use Ramco 2. There is nobody else in the KW area that will compare.

Poor service and aweful Customer Service

I gave this company a quite substantial order for merchandise i recieved late and not as quoted. When i called about the order (after payment was made) i was told that the order would be late and there was nothing they could do. In the end, i looked bad to my boss and merchandise was not the quality i was promised. After calling back again i was laughed at by the staff. STAY AWAY!!!
