Very rude and hostile customer service. Misinformation is the name of their game. Rude Tow Truck Drivers. Driver seemed to be in a rush and already seemed like he did not want to help. Definitely one of the worst experiences I have ever gone through.

We had to call CAA at 5pm Sunday evening. We waited a while for them to show up, but when they did; Aaron and Ryan made the rest of our evening as stress free as possible. Extremely professional, courteous, some comedic relief and most important, they got us home safe by 10:30pm - over 220km away - on a Sunday evening. Thanks Xtreme, Aaron and Ryan!

Terrible customer service. The XTREME tow truck driver I received through CAA to help me tow my vehicle was very rude and abrasive. I hopefully will never have to use this company again if I am in need of roadside assistance.

I give this company a 5 star rating one of xtremes drivers showed up (Alex) and professionally handle the situation at hand he made sure me and my family were safe before securing our car he was very outgoing and funny also very tidey thank you xtreme for such great drivers and know how

Came on time, phoned ahead so you could be ready, great prices, no hidden fees, personable driver, great drop-off at garage. A++
