Brampton Hardwood Floors

I have bought st Lawrence hardwood floor they told me its made in Canada but its not they copy and also its damage, I spent $12000 and I called they did not respond back and I told them I will call consumer protection act lady wife owner said go a head and hang up the phone on me. because of spending all my money and I didn't have more money to buy from somewhere else I did call Raj the owner he ignore me too. please people when ever you buying something first read a review about it then

Had an excellent experience. I had tried many flooring companies in the past, but brampton hardwood has been the best of all. Salesman Kumar was brilliant in his services and had assisted me in choosing the best hardwood for my floor while throughly keeping my expectation in mind.

All the other negative reviews aren't a coincidence. They are all right! Wished I had read the reviews first. I would of have NEVER bought from them. Buy somewhere else!!! It's worth it to pay more then have to deal with this company! Customer service 0 stars. Oh they'll do cartwheels to get your money, but squat when you call them out on a mistake that they've made. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The worst company to buy for flooring from. Once you make a purchase you will not be able to cancel or return, even if you bought an hour ago and the delivery is not until next week.

BRUTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I will never deal with this company again. After waiting for 2 and a half months for my flooring when it finally came in they acted like they did me a favour, I went in to paid the remaining balance, asked to see the flooring they said I couldnt.when my boyfriend arrived to pick it up they couldn't find it (they called me said it was in) they told him it might be at a different warehouse. he got upset to which the ladyresponded "it's just down the street I don't see the problem" ... really.
