no body there to attend the calls. terrible service. called many times in last 3 weeks

I had a fantastic experience and have recommended Dr Belchetz. Dr Belchetz performed a biopsy on my lymph nodes in my neck and had to deliver my results of cancer, which he did with tremendous professionalism and compassion. He explained my next steps and sat patient asking if I had any questions. My brain went blank. Dr Belchetz offered words of encouragement that have been the basis of my positive thoughts every Chemo treatment. Great Dr! Doctors are human, lets treat them as such!

My son has been waiting for surgery for 6 months, although we were told it would be just a few months. They do not update you and they do not answer the phone or have a message service for call backs, so you have to take an hour (that is what it took me today) to repeatedly call until someone finally answers only to be told that they have no idea what is happening and we will just have to wait some more. Patients are very last on their list of priorities. Absolutely unacceptable.

Parking is paid here, and doctor always late by 30-45 mins. My appointment at 8:30 and he is still not in right now 9:00. And last time he came at 9:30. Last time, I have paid $8 for parking for just an appointment of 5-8 mins. Doctor must aware that patient paying for parking and due to his punctuality , patients paid double for his parking.
