I have been very disappointed with this restaurant. I gave it 3 tries and each time was worse than the time before. I was there opening day, I was there in July and I tried it again in January. The service is totally unacceptable, staff and owners do not deserve any customers because most of them don't even have basic good manners. Unless you are a 18-25 year old boy you are invisble at Frosty John's. The manager Robyn needs to be replaced immediately! Impolite doesn't even begin to describe her attitude towards paying customers. The few good staff seems to have left or been let go and all that remains are the bottom of the barrel which seems to be the definition of Frosty John's!
We went to Frosty Johns for drinks after a bowling banquet. There was empty tables and the rude waitress told us they were reserved and there was no place to sit except outside. We went outside where we sat for 15 minutes and NOBODY came to take our order.
There was 13 people in our party and NOBODY will every every go to this bar again.

I haveB been to this pub a few times, and still wonder why I go back. Last I checked the main ingrdient in a caesar wrap isn't sand. Service is definately lacking at this place. To have staff walk by your table several times and not even offer you a menue isn't right. When you say that it's the best that bowmanville has to offer that isn't saying much!! It's preeeety well the ONLY restaurant around
I think this bar is WAY to small, its very echoey. The layout is very bad, and dosnt make sence. The staff ignores the the drunks, and continues to serve. And allows them to be loud and out of hand. I also found the service to suck, after ordering a meal they came back after 20 min to tell me they were all out. I find it also stuped with no music except for a little that they try to put on...which does nothing but add to the loudness and annoyingness cause its Way to small!!
