Was told cleaning would take 3.5 to 4h because of dry time. It was done in 2h because "he didn't want me to wait to long". Showed him a section of my trunk wasn't cleaned he said because it's windy & tried to use a rag to pick up the glass & dirt. Hood still had bird poo under the rock deflector, grey leather has white film from cleaning products & I had to polish the inside trim to remove the stickyness & streaks. I would have gladly waited to have a job well done.
