My grilled lobester was cold as well as over...

My grilled lobester was cold as well as over cooked. My husbands steak was so over done they gave him his meal free. Four people were served and finished the meal before the other people were served. Although our server was friendly and very helpful the wait time was way too long. I'm pretty sure we won't be back at least not for a long time .The restaurant was nearly empty so I can't imagine was the hold up was.

The day that I went the service was bad (rude waitress) and most of the the food was not great. I have been to other Red Lobsters and had a much better experience.
