My sister bought her car from Jackson's Toyota. She wrote: "I bought my Rav 4 from Jackson's Toyota. The car dealership was amazing at answering my questions, helping me pick the right vehicle for my needs, and not making me feel pressured throughout the process. They simply wanted to help me find the vehicle that would make me happy. I now get my vehicle serviced at Jackson's Toyota and love the 5 star treatment they give me while I am at the dealership. Made up my mind to buy a 4 Door Tacoma, thought I would go in to have my 2011 sienna serviced and talk to a sales person while waiting. No sales person cared to acknowledge me, not even a simple smile. Very disappointed. Ended up going somewhere else for my oil change.

Very disapointed. I went to see a vechile which was advertised both on the autotrader and their website which stated it had 41,000km. When I got there and looked at the vechile it had 41,000 miles which is well over 60,000km. No where in their advertising did it state it was a U.S. car but both advertising was in km not miles. I had such a bad taste in my mouth after my disapointment I walked out. It just made me feel that they were shady and not upfront with things.

We make every effort to provide accurate information regarding the vehicles we have advertised for sale either in print or over the internet. In this particular case, this was an error made by one of our employees when inputting the information and not in any way intended as a misrepresentation of the facts. We have been in the business of selling and servicing vehicles for more than 40 years and we can assure you an error of this kind is a definite exception. Once we were made aware of this error, we corrected our information immediately.
