    Terrible customer...

    Terrible customer service. Spoke to the owner twice in two years attempting to get him to service our roof - we live around the corner!! Made appointments to come and see the roof 2x we waited and he never showed up (both times). Found a roofer while at Tim Hortons who came immediately and was able to do the work that moment. Norris Roofing puts on a great show in the community but does nothing to actually do the work or the service, or keep his appointments. VERY disappointed.
