Pembina Hwy Location goes Above and Beyond to give customer service everytime! There is nothing these tech guys can't do. They are my go to for any of my cellphone,iPhone,laptop and Samsung device. Highly Recommended!!!
FURTHER TO: iPhone was dropped in the ocean
The SIM slot is still not fixed after about 1 month in the shop. Although the phone looked like new after the first repair, it still cannot be used as a phone.
The tech was waiting for parts, and has just received them last week. The reason was to avoid the cost of a new motherboard, we were told.
iPhone was dropped in the ocean; we rinsed it and had to wait several days to get back to Winnipeg. Speed Mobile (Pembina) replaced the screen and battery. It took a couple of days longer than they said, but it is back working perfectly. Rumours say a new screen may kill Pass Touch, but ours is fine still.
I cannot give a long-term review, but so far, we are very satisfied. Not a cheap repair, but no one does it cheaply. UPDATE: The phone is back in - SIM card not working!
