Rudest Hotel Staff in Winnipeg

We were planning on staying at the Delta during Ai-kon (July 21-23), when we got there to check in we were told our reservation had been cancelled, without our acknowledgement (we did not cancel it). The manager on duty was rudest person I have ever come across, she blamed us and had the most condescending tone I have ever heard. We asked if they had anything available and there was nothing. We asked for help finding another hotel and we were ignored. Thanks for the "free" parking though.
