    I am so glad Luig...

    I am so glad Luigi was referred to me after receiving a different very highly priced estimate from a large local company. He quoted me half of their price, but still delivered the same service, on time and on budget. His crew are lovely to work with, polite and helpful and always in a good mood. Everything arrived in great condition and I would certainly use them again if another move is necessary. I have already recommended him to some of my realtor friends. Thanks!

    Fabulous people, ...

    Fabulous people, very pleasant and professional. Took great care of our stuff. Nothing was a problem. No whining! Alway responds promptly to 'phone calls and emails. Two moves with Homex, two crews, both first rate. Can't say enough good things about Luigi and his team.

    Not a great company for small moves

    Company tried to re-schedule our move for the next day after they were already late to arrive. No apology when they finally arrived 1.5 hours late. Move took less than an hour in total but they tried to charge us %30 more than the quoted "all inclusive price". Employee angrily told me I was "a little bit cheap" for not wanting to pay more. Not a great experience. I think they prefer to do larger and more expensive moves. Make sure if you go with them you ask about any extra fees.

    Wonderful Moving Experience

    Our family recently completed a move with Luigi and his crew, and I can honestly say that it was the smoothest moving experience I have ever had. We moved from a 5,000 square foot mountain home near Grouse Mountain, into a 3,000 square foot home in West Vancouver. Both homes had challenging entries and exits, with steeply sloping driveways, a narrow street, and cramped stairways. And not only do we have a lot of stuff, but it is all very heavy. In fact, a few of the companies that bid the job would not even move the huge armoire in our downstairs basement, so we had an estimate on that separately. But not so with Luigi. He had a plan, not only for the armoire, but for the whole job. And he was right. To sum it up briefly - Luigi and his crew arrived right on time, prepped the house, then immediately tackled the big armoire, no problem. That was a sign of how the rest of the move went. The guys all worked steady, through a 14 hour day, with an amazingly positive approach, in fact literally half the time they were smiling and lighthearted (while still working!). They were really careful, with only a few dings that would be expected in any move of this size. Moving into a smaller space meant more things were cramped, but the guys navigated all of that perfectly, including some large pieces of art that required tender care. The price was on the higher side of the other bids we received, but I felt it was actually quite fair, which is all I’m looking for in a mover. When we bought the crew a tasty lunch and dinner, and then gave them a nice tip at the end, all of them were genuinely appreciative and thankful. All in all, a superb experience, I would absolutely use Luigi for any future moves, and would not hesitate to recommend him.
