Technician used emery board to remove previous gel polish. She was rough and abraded skin around several of my toes. I yelped several times and told her she was hurting me. She asked if I was ticklish. Cleanliness of instruments is questionable. 2 technicians were using same drawer with different customers. Will not return. Avoid this nail salon.
Paid $50 for a Brazilian today. The back was never done. There is hair all in between. Pretty much just did a bikini and it took way too long. She would put wax on sparingly and it would take forever. Your appointment will also also not be on time.
