Really glad to have started this kickboxing class! I have never been a fan of exercising but I'm actually enjoying myself here. Classes are fun, instructors are friendly and helpful. Morning classes are great as there's fewer students so you get more attention from instructors. Evening classes are great for meeting new people. Only been here for a bit over a month, but changes to my body are obvious and astounding!
Staff are so friendly and helpful, and classes are definitely a good workout. They seem to push people to their limit and praise everyone after each set - A for effort.
Thumbs up! I am very glad I tried the ilovekickboxing. The first class was a bit challenge since I hadn't had a workout for a long time. I decided to join in immediately after the first class. All instructors are excellent. I fall in love with Kickboxing and have seen big changes in my body. I feel my energy is boasted and all stress from work are gone after the workout.
I have tried the gym, yoga, running and biking. Kickboxing is by far the quickest most intense fun for getting fit!. And its whipping me into a strong healthy happy person. The staff at ilkb- Burnaby are motivating, humorous, and just what i need in my life. We're all friends there and there's no judgement Just pure love and motivation:)
