I'm a patient person, Safari Pets. I recognize that sometimes an employee has a bad day, and that because of that their customer service may be lacking. I don't hold that against them because there is always another day.
I have shopped at your store for over a month now. Checking out new products, making the occasional purchases and giving you a very respectable amount of money and not to mention repeat business during that time period.
And you're still rude. You avoid looking at me or helping me and your tone of voice barely hides the underlying annoyance that you have to assist me.
As a now former customer of Safari Pets, I urge others to shop somewhere else. Someplace that doesn't charge $20 for $12 fish. Someplace that doesn't treat their customers like a nuisance.
