*** BE AWARE IF YOU HAVE A POM *** Trimming means shaving here so I DO NOT want anyone to go through the same mistake. When I called post hair cut he said they have 30 years of experience and TRIMMING MEANS SHAVING. I called only to inform him that Pomeranians hair SHOULD EVER be cut that short (MANY HEALTHY RISKS AND A POSSIBILITY OF NEVER GROWING BACK ) - I dont even care about a refund. PLEASE BE SPECIFIC OF WHAT YOU WANT - THEY DONT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.

The owner is really helpful and friendly Everytime I go in. I frequent the store as I have multiple animals, I also get them groomed there. His staff is very nice and knowledgable on products and grooming. his prices are great with a wide variety of products. I would reccomend this store to anyone who asks, Expecially for grooming as the prices are affordable and his groomers pay attention to detail.
