Teresa is truly one of a kind. I have been seeing Teresa for over a year now, taken a few of her classes and she has helped me learn how to help myself. She has helped me learn how to not take the weight of the world on, how to set healthy boundaries, and how to prioritize taking time for myself. Now these all seem like easy things, but they are not. 5 stars just isn't enough to truly represent my love for Blended-Spirit! This beautiful place of healing is absolutely incredible. Teresa's guidance saved my life. A year and a half ago I was at a place in my life where I had lost all hope. I was truly at rock bottom. Then I met Teresa, and she helped me do a total 180° and regain control of my life. The healing that happens here goes deep in a way that traditional therapy never could. It gave my life colour again. I am happy again.
