“I really enjoy tutoring students, especially the failing students, to help them become really good at the subject they need help with,” says Terry Kung, owner of Honors Student Learning Center. For Terry, there’s nothing better than seeing his students succeed and helping them learn the skills they need to thrive in school and in life.
“I used to fail all of my courses in high school,” Terry admits. “I decided to go back to school at age 19 and came across a few really good teachers that really changed my life, so I’m really hoping that I can make a contribution to today’s students.”
Driven by firsthand experience and a passion to help improve the lives of others, Terry makes sure he and his tutors at Honors Student Learning Center give every student the attention and instruction they need to succeed.
