I have purchased 3 recliners from the La-Z-Boy store in North Vancouver. The salespeople are very friendly and helpful. I always feel like I get a good deal and get the chair I want. I just purchased a new chair today. Teresa took the time to listen and help me pick out the right one. I live in my recliner, so this was a very important purchase for me and I felt that she understood my needs completely.

Furniture on display in store was helpful in choosing our order. Kamani was a most helpful assistant and designer, Goinaz (G.G.) was charming, knowledgeable and most helpful in our decision making!
