This clinic is so poorly managed, my Husband was apparently booked for a scan a month ago and we were waiting, (he has a infection on his foot and being diabetic it could turn into gangarene , we have heard nothing, I enquired about the appointment and called the hospital and no requisition has been sent from the Dr. His foot is very bad and after calling the clinic a few times have just sat on hold listening to their music. So he is going to emerg today. I would never go back there if I could
I would give this one star, but my doctor is very warm and genuine so they get an extra star. be prepared to wait longer for the staff to pick up the phone to make an appointment than it takes to talk to your doctor. I have waited on hold well over an hour many times before giving up. My mothers doctor is in the same clinic and her doctor is the direct cause of my mothers degrading health. The woman refused to direct my mother for further care when she asked for it and now its too late.
Poorly Run -- they only have 2 Receptionists answering phone for thousands of patients. I wait longer to make an appointment then to see my doctor. Use to have more Receptionists but think money became more important than patients. Guess they are trying to deter patients from coming back.
