they installed our furnance, took our money and we never heard from them again. Although we did call the guy who sold it to us, he said they were too busy at the time to address our concerns and we are still waiting for him to get back to us. Our installation was 5th DEC,2016 it is now Feb1st,2017
My heat pump wasn't working and in this weather I needed it to keep me cool. Gandy sent their tech out the same day, he was polite and efficient and I am now keeping cool! Would definitely use them again.
i called them to fix the furnace and paid them in full, few hours later the furnace is not working properly and when i contacted the technician who fixed it, i was sworn at !!!!
i complained to the management and i didnt hear anything from them ( not even an apology)
i am in the construction business and this is by far the worst company i dealt with ...
a peace of advice, DONT HIRE THEM for any kind of job
