Our stacking washing machine required service for the first time in 10 - 11 years. We prepared ourselves for having to replace it knowing the reputation for the life of an appliance these days. The response from Gord's Appliance was helpful and timely so far as setting up an appointment. Great experience I filled out the online form on a Sunday night.They called me first thing on the Monday morning to advise what time their repair man would arrive. He arrived on schedule and diagnosed the problem, They had the repair part in stock and quickly had my refrigerator repaired.
