The worst tims I’ve ever been to. Do you guys not like money? I wanted 3 smoothies, and your staff was so lazy and so behind they told me they don’t carry smoothies while the menu clearly states you have them.
Retrain your staff.
Tim Hortons just can’t stop failing. They now just finally added ordering kiosks like McDonalds, but unlike theirs Tims is a pain to use. The donuts on the kiosk don’t even match the ones inside the case. I selected a blueberry donut and they thought it was a muffin. Oh, and you’re selling beyond burgers now? That’s what Burger King is for, why did you buy Tims just to turn it into another fast food burger chain?
