I was on a search of a good nail salon for my mom and I. So a good friend of ours recommended Diva Nails in Chilliwack. I can confidently say that is was worth the drive from Abbotsford. We both came in not knowing what we really wanted, however Lisa and Kim were so patient with us and were highly knowledgable of the options that were available to us. I showed Lisa a picture of an idea I wanted and she did exactly as I pictured! She even fixed my nail that was slightly crooked just to ensure tha

I have been to diva nails occasionally. They have always done a good job. However, I the owner did my french tip gel nails. She kept looking at one of my nails. When I got in my car I checked out the nail and noticed a black hair in the white tip. I phoned her and she seemed annoyed that I wanted it fixed. I booked an appointment two days later and had to wait 40 minutes to get my nails fixed. She asked why I didn't bring my nail file and said she would have to charge me for a new one.
Got a good manicure and pedicure but the wait times were long. The message chair didn't work. Did not find the establishment very clean. Tools did not appear to be sanitarily cleaned. Worker threw used items back in the work desk after use.
