Bug deflector on my 2010 Silverado came loose & needed to be reattached . . . took it to The Truck Outfitters on Blackfoot Trail & they reattached it, didn't charge me. It's on better than when I bought the truck. Friendly staff, really helpful . . . 2nd time I've dealt with them. Had rear mud flaps installed on truck perhaps 18 months ago; that was another positive experience.

Slow Slow Service

I want to add a hitch to my vehicle and just went to The Truck Outfitters on Blackfoot to get it done. The ordering process was OK, they were really understaffed so I waited a long while for service, but maybe it was the time of day. The staff was friendly, placed the order and was told in 2 to 3 weeks the material would be in stock and then installed. 5 weeks later I called and the representative who answered the phone told me that they only get parts when a trailer can be filled so they do not know when my hitch will be in He promised to give me a call back to confirm. 4 days later, No call back. Now it is verging on 6 weeks. I could have ordered this part from the States and installed it my self in half the time! Paid ahead too, what an idiot I am. :( So far, very very POOR customer service. An excerpt from The Truck Outfitters website: "In order to keep our locations properly stocked we have a major accessory distribution center located in Edmonton. This allows us to supply and deliver products to our customers on a timely basis. " - I don't think so...
