I went to see Katie after I had been admitted to the hospital for serious issues with my periods. Within one month my pain had been decreased by more than 50% and eventually I stopped having to take any pain medication. The medical doctors offered no support for my situation and told me that my only option was going on birth control which I really didn't want to do. Even though I went to see Katie for my periods she also greatly improved my anxiety and helped me combat the stress that I was facing at work.
