Terrible experience. I ordered flowers online for my mothers Birthday on Sunday for same day delivery. The order was accepted and my credit card was charged. No flowers were ever delivered. I called and left vmms and no one got back to me. Eventually I was able to get a hold of someone and they offered no explanation for why the website allowed me to select Sunday delivery if they were closed and said I could cancel or they could send chocolates. No apologies. Buy from somewhere else.
Where is the 0 star rating button?! I ordered flowers Premium order for my 91 year old mother who was arriving home from the hospital on her birthday. Flowers were not at all what I ordered and paid extra for. Took me 3 weeks to get a reply from the owner Scott. His reply to his non-response after multiple calls was Im busy you know. Geez, arent we all. He would not entertain the idea of a refund but said he could throw some flowers together from what he had in the store and redeliver.
I have to say I am very disappointed with the flowers that we received. I spent $80 on what I thought would be a nice gift for my husband and instead i got the most awful flowers. They looked nothing like the picture online. I have emailed them to see if they will rectify the situation so let's see.
Very disappointing! Ordered a very expensive bouquet from the UK called "modern love story" for my parent's 50th in Kitchener. What they received was nothing like the photo. It wasn't in a cylindrical vase (as advertised) and the colour of the roses was completely different. The flowers died after 3 days. I sent several emails to complain over a month ago. I have yet to receive an apology from Scott (the owner) who I have also phoned 3 times from the UK. Poor service. Poor quality flowers.

Very disappointed by kw flowers
Everything started ok, ordered through Scott (owner) We agreed on a price, and I explained it was very important to have them delivered at 6:30am,which he said wouldn't be a problem. I emailed all the details but didn't get a response (even though I asked for one) The morning of the event - no show! from 6:30 until 7:10, we called repeatedly and finally got a hold of him to say he had a flat tire- but couldn't call to let us know so we could pick up?? TERRIBLE!
I just wanted to send a note, I am a recent client of K-W Flowers and I was extremely impressed with the service and the product. I' ve done a lot of flower shopping and have not recieved better service and such beautiful flowers for price.
