Management.....where are you?
The cook was off today. Not quality checked. Waitress served it anyway. The waitress did not check on us. It was like she was avoiding us. I walked my plate of regret to the kitchen. Upon looking in I decided to abandon my breakfast. I can’t eat here. I could not use the washroom either.
Service was slow... staff were not only unfriendly. ... they were non-communicative to the point of being ignorant ! 12 noon on Saturday there were 3 waitresses for 3 tables totalling 8 customers. .. my wife and I were 2 of them . Fish snacks came undercooked (gooey batter and cold , white fries .we had to attract the attention of another waitress to take our dessert order . Sauce on vanilla , chocolate or strawberry ice cream only !!! Not enough room here to list all problems !
Visited last Friday for lunch. So very much looking forward to a delicious hamburger. It used to be homemade. So disappionted. Ordered & honestly waited 20 min for food.As it's winter time, they were not busy..My waitress wondered around visiting the locals & ignored me when I tried to catch her attention. Finally, another waitress brought my food.Cold! I ate the fries, part of the burger, which tasted funny and I could tell it was a frozen pattie.I should have complained but had been there for 50 min & just wanted to eat & leave.Waitress did not get tipped & now she knows why.Maybe the locals can keep the place open. For me,I'll go somewhere else.
