Unpleasant experience from this location. Some of the staff at the Geek Squad counter were inattentive and rude. I had previously purchased an (overpriced) glass protector and (overpriced) phone case from here. When I needed to get a new glass protector because mine was cracked, they shamed me for not adequately protecting my phone. Ironic, since the (shitty & overpriced) case and glass protector I was using was purchased at their store. Won't be shopping here again.

This store has some sales associates who are judging customers based on their skin color and assuming they cant afford a mobile phone because of it. Newsflash, almost everyone in Canada (poor, middle class, rich, black, white, etc) has a phone that costs more than $100.00. This store just lost a sale today because of the ignorance of one employee. I wont be shopping here anymore for electronic devices.
