    Im reading the previous review and I find that extremely hard to believe. They must have been a complicated bridal party. I personally had my prom hair done there, my entire bridal party and I have recommended ZuHair designs to several bridal parties and we have never had any issues. Should we have been unsatisfied he makes sure he takes the next step in order to rectify the situation. Great humor, fun and always a pleasure to walk out of the shop looking amazing and feeling great! Thanks Zu!

    Horrible customer...

    Horrible customer service. Argued with the bride and bridesmaid at the hair trial. Did an awful awful job curling the brides hair. If you have a special occasion, have long hair, or want your hair to be nice do not go here. When we called to cancel the response from the owner was "good I'm really happy I didn't want to do your hair". Very poor customer service, and poor hair design. The girl he has working there did an Amazing job doing braids though!
