I walked into this place a place that I had been many times before. The receptionist ask d me for an Msp number even though it was written on the request form. I showed her my Msp I’d that has a photo. She gave me so much trouble until she asked me to sit down. A while later the Xray tech took me into the room. She asked me to put my body in a position that I could not do owing to hip injuries. I told her that it would be painful.. She accused me as being uncooperative. Horrible woman!

The receptionist at this location is rude and obnoxious and on a power trip. Avoid 1144 Burrard Street if you can.
