Snack makeover: Cut the pretzels in half and add ½ green apple with 15 ml (1 tbs) of peanut butter.
Snack makeover: 125 ml (1/2 cup) low-fat mixed-berry yogurt topped with 30 g (2 tbs) bran cereal.
