For the entire month of August, Donnelly Group will be serving up a different IPA from a different brewery every day. The beers hail from across B.C., Canada and the U.S. and will be served at one of nine participating Donnelly Group pubs each day. Map out your IPA game here.
Sunday Cider usually doesn’t open their doors to the public – and thirsty Vancouverites are left to search for it in local bars and bottle shops. However, they’re back with the third installment of their Summer Sizzler – think growler fills, new cider releases, street food and live music!
The Brunch Affair Food Festival is back at Lonsdale Quay for two more days of brunch food magic. Sip on caesars and mimosas and munch on breakfast bagels, charcuterie boards, pastries and more. The festival takes place just a short walk from the North Van SeaBus terminal.
Caskapalooza is back for another year – featuring 35 unique beer casks! Tickets are only $25 and include 12 sample tokens. Come #drinkforacause, as partial proceeds will be donated to Dress for Success Vancouver, a charity that helps local women into the workforce.
Dîner en Blanc started 30 years ago in Paris and the Vancouver version is now in its sixth year. Thousands of people, dressed all in white, meet for a massive “chic picnic” in a public space. The best part: the mystery location isn’t revealed until mere hours before the event. Ooh la la!
The Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia and the B.C. Salmon Marketing Council are teaming up to present the inaugural Wild Salmon Celebration. Every dish will feature wild B.C. salmon and will be prepared through the collaboration of several well-known Canadian chefs.
