When I needed maintenance in the apartment (leaky faucets, broken oven, etc), they sent a repairman within a few hours. Ive never had an issue with the parking situation, as I pay for 2 spots (50 ea) in the parking garage, where there is ample room for tenants that are willing to pay the nominal fee for covered (!) parking.
