Great service. We set up a time for delivery after the drywall guys were finished and it was delivered without damage and it came with a warranty on materials and install. Our party of 6 sat out on the patio for our supper on a beautiful sunny day at the end of May. The service was good and for the most part the food was ok except for two out of our party who ordered the hamburgers.
Its disappointing that they can't make the effort to make their own patties. Espcially considering our wait time. Its not like the food was served super fast. In fact, it took a while but we didn't mind as we weren't in a rush.
Anyways, the burger patties are the kind of processed "precooked" patties that you can buy in the frozen food section at a grocery store. Rubbery and very off putting. A disappointment!
I had the NY strip steak, not bad but I ordered rare and it wasn't rested when they served it. Not a big deal.
We also had the calamari, zuccini sticks and patotoe skins for appetizers. All passable but nothing to write home about.
I'd go back again for a drink and an appetizer but I probably wouldn't have a meal. I love the pub inside, very old school british pub feel. I think it would be cosy in the winter. The patio has a great view and is a nice place to go for a drink.

This was my first time here……wow….everything was delist! I had the prime rib beef dip…amazing! Also the sweet potato fries accompanies the sandwich. The serving was hugh, and couldn’t eat it all. But hubby helped, lol

I had a ceiling fan installed in my washroom by Latreille Electric last week. They had to go into my attic. While up there they noticed damage to my wiring from squirrels that made it in. They took it upon themselves to repair all the damage. What makes this so great is they did it at no charge. You do not get that kind of service with very many companies. I work for a delivery company and Went to the dollarama at 525 9th east to do a pick up today. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the packaging requirements and the label was missing. The manager from 1 water street was there, not only did she resolve the issue but she also worked with the employees in a kind and understanding manner which in turn ended up being a solid team effort leading to them learning how to do this and me being able to continue on in a timely fashion.
