Well Folks, I have to tell you I met these wonderful folks last week and took my car into have some well needed service work done. All I can say is they treated me, and my car excellent. The prices are great, service wonderful; I ended up purchasing 4 new snow tires and rims for my car as well. I cannot say enough about Steele Ford Lincoln. I bought a MKX and 2 weeks later when I went to open the moon roof, it was defected. I have to say the Service department with Trish Boutlier , the General Manager and David Crocker who sold me the car were 100%. I ended up with a loaner car from the dealer ship which seemed like forever and cannot thank them enough for all they did.
