This is one of the first resturant take out places we have found in our relocation to the Ottawa area from West of toronto. The food is consistantly fresh and hot. It is a hole in the wall and everything is served on disposable plates. But OMG! NOM, NOM, NOM. The food was good and reasonably priced. (And really, aren't the best places holes in the wall?) The only quibble was the mango lassi (I've had better) and the hours (which are weird). But other than that - GO!!!! I will be back - a lot.

My friend and I fell upon this restaurant quite by accident. We were getting gas at the nearby gas station and decided to check out the restaurants in the little plaza beside it. Boy did we luck out!We went into this little unassuming restaurant and didn't know what to expect. The decor is somewhat drab and the bathrooms were terrible. This made me a little skeptical about the whole place but we were pleasantly surprised. So many menu choices to choose from with many dishes I have never even hear of. Everything was amazing!!! I loved watching the older couple cooking in the kitchen. They had a huge wok over a large controlled fire. It was so awesome to watch. I can't wait to go back. I wish I didn't live 6 hours away,

My husband and I have been a customer at the Oak on March Road since the first day they opened their doors. We have been patrons ever since, loved the staff for their friendly attitude, and the way they have cared over the years for their clients. Today this atmosphere has not changed and the staff, although younger are ever so caring and warm towards their customers.
