A Saturday afternoon, with frigid below 0C temps and high winds buffeting us when I see a leak in the exposed sewage line. Called Drain Pro, who sent us a plumber as soon as he could get here. I have not experienced customer service this excellent ever before. Doug went so above and beyond when my carpet cleaner died, all he was able to charge us was 5$ for a part but went so above and beyond the call of duty, he saved us probably over 100$ we would have had to spend on a new one!
