The receptionist was personable and clear about when I would hear from the assessment of my tree. When I got the call, I was presented with options for my tree. I ended up choosing to take it down. They set the expectation of when it would happen and met it. I was at work when they did the job and it was so clean that aside from the fact the tree was gone, I would not have known anyone was there. In the fall of 2011, Berdan Paving prepared and completed a raised above-grade parking space alongside our carport / garage, in a space from which I had just removed a tree. The space was used successfully over the winter, and in the summer of 2012, we asked them to come back and pave the space. Pricing was excellent - we ended up paving not only the new space, but the main driveway as well. Berdan Paving coordinated with the municipal engineering office, as well as helping to verify the location of lot lines to ensure that there would be no encroachment issues with our neighbours. The crew was excellent - hard working and polite. All was cleaned up at the end of the job. A year later and the driveway still looks brand new. Top marks! Read more
