Though the place doesn't look the most appealing, the food is great and incredibly cheap. You can get the "lunch" specials anytime of the day. The server is polite, but don't expect to get much more then your order taken and your food delivered. The food was very fast and fresh, and tasted great. I wasnt able ro visit the location in person, however the correspondence over the phone and courtesy was amicable for a four star rating on atmosphere. I didnt feel rushed even though I had many questions before and while placing my order and hope to bring my family into the restaurant to dine next time so we can honestly give five stars all across the board. I never expect I can find a place where you can have a good food and service. First time when I went in Lotus Garden for lunch, I was little worry about place because outside sings were looked old. But i was surprised the food and service were excellent. Especially the Slat and pepper Chicken wing and Crispy Squid, on My gosh, they are amazing . At the same time, their service were friendly and they can play jokes with you. just like you are their friend. their atmosphere is very suitable for eating and you can relax. especially the classic Chinese music, really interesting and enjoyable. We just happened to find this restaurant by accident. We love Chinese Food and thought why not give it a try? The service was excellent and the food was awesome! You get a ton of food and the price is reasonably low. Dinner for 2 ends up being pkgd up with leftovers, more like Dinner for 4! We now make it a point on purchasing Chinese Food from Port Colborne, though it's a half hour drive from where we live it's worth the trip.
