It is good for what it is. Nothing fancy. Good family restaurant option at very reasonable prices. Your meal typically includes soup/salad and ice cream for dessert. The service was fairly good. I had their lunch size lasagna and it was fine. Very cheesy. No washroom inside the restaurant but there is one just outside to the left as part of the mall's shared facilities. The restaurant was busy for Saturday lunch so expect to wait if no reservation. Read more

The pizza here is beyond amazing, and I'm not stating this lightly. I can honestly say that it is the best I have ever had. The special in-house dip that they have available, made of oil and honey, may seem a bit strange at first, but I promise you, it is an unexpectedly perfect combination with the pizza, or the garlic cheese fingers. The gluten free options at this restaurant are also plentiful, and also very tasty. 10/10, would here again. Read more

The Keg does not have a lot of meatless options, but I found myself with a $50.00 gift card there with friends so I thought why not. My review today is really based on the drink selection and the lounge food at the Keg. I ordered nachos for the group and they tasted fantastic. The drinks at the Keg are very initiative and refreshing. I think this Keg location truly rivals the other Keg locations as it is so glamorous and plush. The wait staff are also slightly above-average but I wouldn't call them excellent as we had one with a bit of an attitude the last time we had lunch there. Not a bad view. The food is not consistant - we've been there for 3 lunches and each time someone at the table has been disappointed, including myself, although the last time we went there it was good. The welcoming committee as you enter are friendly, although each visit I've seen wait staff hanging around this area, joking with the greeter and that's not good. I don't suggest anyone sit near the patio doors (especially if you're a senior like us) as it can be cold and the wasps are inquisative. Read more

There were 18 of us for a family birthday party, and included 3 very young children. The staff was very friendly and offered information and suggestions to help us with our food choices. Everyone's meal was excellent and the kids were entertained with their colouring placemats. This is the third time this large group has celebrated a birthday here and we keep going back. If we can't get a reservation on the day of the birthday, we postpone until we can. We have also been several times as small family groups of 3 or 4, or as couples. We've been during the week and on weekends. It never matters when, the service, the food, the ambiance is always perfect. This is absolutely the best restaurant in Penticton. Read more
