I come here every couple of weeks when I'm in the area, a good hearty breakfast served promptly and cheerfully. Can't ask for much more than that! Parking is the only drawback, the lot is quite small and if the snow is piled up it can be a tight squeeze, that's why I rated it an 8 overall. There's a convenience store a couple of doors down where you can buy a newspaper to read with your meal, always a plus for me.

This is the Mandarin we always go to in our home town. The staff is always friendly, cleanliness of the restaurant is always excellent, and the food and desserts are always bountiful and fresh! when we first got to the restaurant we were seated the waitress was friendly, and quick to get whatever we asked for. Once the food had arrived the eggs and omelette were perfect the bacon wasnt too cooked or under cooked. Everything was made just perfect. The service was great considering the restaurant was really busy at the time. I'd definetly recommend this restaurant to friends and family!

One thing that most reviews on here have not mentioned about Port Perry Thai is that they have a great lunch menu!
There's something like 10 different choices, each with hot & sour soup and spring roll, for $7.95!
When I worked in Port Perry I used to go here at least once a week, the food is absolutely awesome.
The one complaint I would have is that they play classical music, which in itself isn't so bad, but they keep the volume at the lowest possible level!
Weird.
