I can't say enough good things about Fishbone Bistro. Warm ambiance, comfortable seating, and the service made us feel like we were the only table in the room (although the restaurant was fairly full).
We had a flaming sausage to start - delicious.
The specials were incredible. I ordered a dish that I can't remember the name of, but it was similar to a light seafood stew in an herb broth. Delicious, perfectly cooked food and the flavour was out of this world. Highly recommended!
My husband had the whole sea bass. The owner, Pedro, deboned the fish at the table and explained some things about Portuguese cuisine. My son had the steak, and the presentation was like nothing I had seen before! I've been telling everyone I know to check this place out.
We didn't have time to try dessert (an excuse to go back)!
Hearty portions, excellent wine, beautiful decor.... you have to try it!

I was not expecting anything special when my wife and I went in here for a later evening meal, however I was so suprised to get an amazing Laksa prepared so good and not too much coconut milk, as most Malay/Singaporean places overload. It has just the right chilli seasoning, two types of noodles, mixture of shrimp, chicken and veggies. The only thing missing was an egg. Overall was very impressed!!!
My wife who is HK Cantonese had a pork chop Canton style, which she enjoyed.

Well, here's a place that does a great fish and chips even though it's not their specialty, the kind of place I have been searching for since, well, a long time ago. The chips are excellent too, definitely cut and fried on the premises, no frozen stuff here. The waitress was quick to warn us that due to a large private function upstairs the service was going to be a bit slow, she was correct but we won't hold that against them. My wife and my daughter were also pleased with their orders, and we left fully satisfied.

The atmosphere is great, they had a fun trivia game going for those who wanted to participate in the bar/lounge area and the restaurant seating area is open and welcoming. Outstanding from start to finish. Colleen, the coordinator, made us feel so comfortable and confident in our choices when we met with her. The day of the party, we arrived to find every detail taken care of exactly to our request. The staff of servers were extremely friendly and professional, identifying all of our needs and making us and all of our guests feel special. We took our two daughters to the Keg this evening and the food was very good. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the sides were all warm and everything was very flavourful. The kids menu, colouring items and special details (fruit/veg right away) made it a great family location. Our only issue was the service. We spent a lot of time waiting for the server to come check on us and the kids started getting whiny.
