After the devastating closing of my favourite chinese take out restaurant, Oriental House, i've been in a constant search for its replacement. I think i've finally found it.
I tried Eastern Restaurant for the first time tonight, and was extremely happy with what they offered. The service was very pleasant and warm. The older gentleman that took my order welcomed me with a smile and was very friendly.
I ordered five dishes. Chicken with hot garlic sauce, spicy chicken, pork fried rice, sweet and sour pork and shanghai special house noodles. The whole order was done quickly and was hot and fresh. Every dish was unique and very tasty. The spicy dishes had just the perfect amount of spice. The flavours of the dishes were able to come through without being overwhelmed by spice. The pieces of meat that they use are all good sized cuts, and not the tiny freeze dried meat that some places use. All the dishes had really good, strong flavours. Nothing was bland or boring.
When looking for chinese take out I look for not only quality, both in food and service, but also for something unique. Eastern Restaurant offers all this and more. I highly recommend this tiny but excellent restaurant if quality chinese food is what you are looking for.

My little one has been attending MindTech for around a year and a half now. I love that his learning is so diversified - educational activities, classroom discipline and proper behaviour. The fact that they have a gym to do activities is also a plus. Overall we are very happy.

I was in a serious car accident in Markham Ontario and had no idea what to do. Before any service the man who worked for Instant Towing asked me if I was okay. They helped me out by explaining the process of being in a motor vehicle accident and even delivered a car rental to me. I honestly would not know what to do if it wasnt for this company helping out. They were kind, efficient, and professional. I would definitely recommend Instant Towing for all vehicle collision matters. Amazing job!

"My husband and I are thrilled to be providing feedback on Ivy League Montessori. The owner is a warm, wonderful and caring individual and the supervisor is fantastic as well. It is evident that all staff members work very hard and it is great to see such team work in providing a nurturing and loving environment for our children with lots of love and hugs and kisses.
As an annual event they host a fun pool party where the children have a lot of fun in a safe environment and towards the end of the year is an awesome holiday party with a concert, Santa and gifts for the children together with dinner for the parents, grandparents and family members.
They are taught the life cycles of different species of animals which is incorporated into the curriculumn based on Zoology which further enhances their education. Geography and Botany are other crucial aspects of their education as well.
Field trips are well planned and thought of to collaborate with Zoology, Botany and Georgraphy.
Our children are taught at a very young age to take care of their environment and learn to re-cycle, compost and care for our planet, a crucial element to our future.
Potty training is an important aspect of building self confidence in the Toddler program and is a task that is dealt with in a fun environment.
