We had three quotes to sand and finish our first floor bungalow all the quotes were around the same price two things that tipped the balance for us was being able to visit the show room and choose the finish and also that they would remove and replace the quarter round. I had a taxi on the way to come get me, and the employees here were able to take my order and make my subs in under 5 minutes. They were incredibly kind and more helpful than I deserved as a customer. I have a feeling they treat everyone with not just respect but they likely go above and beyond for all of their customers. I don’t personally believe service workers owe their customers reverence but their kindness touched my heart. Read more
