My wife and I own a historical home in Cobourg which we are currently renting out, and upon inspection before purchase we knew that a ‘handy man’ or previous home owner had done some questionable wiring, and that it would need to be addressed. Ferguson was the first company to have a live person answer the phone, and they had an electrician to my home in two days to troubleshoot.
