We stay at your hotel on Thursday night. On Friday night we stayed at the Chateau Lacombe in Edmonton. Your hotel was far better than the Chateau in Edmonton. The only thing when breakfast starts at 6:30 am your staff should have it all out and ready to go at 6:30 am. There was no waffle mix and no coffee at 6:30 am. I was stranded at the airport last year due to bad weather. most hotels were full so we called the Best Western. They only had the honeymoon suite available and it was too much for the budget. I said thanks and just before i hung up they said that they could give it to me at the same rate as a reg room! This was great, we didnt have the budget but they gave us a room for what we could afford! I really appreciated the experience! They were kind and took our bags up and even recommended some places that we could eat for cheap! Thanks again guys, if you are in town and looking for a great place to stay check these guys out!
