Dear Staff at Chan's Garden I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how happy we have been with your food and services over the years. We have been coming to your restaurant for 15 years and we have never had a complaint about any of the dishes. This Christmas Eve we planned to order from your restaurant for a group of 10. The food was excellent. Absolutely no complaints about the food. Loved the food. My complaint about this restaurant is its size and decor. We went for lunch on a weekend and there were a lot of customers. The restaurant felt too small and needed a bigger room. The tables and chairs were uncomfortable, especially the design of the chairs. The tables were crowded close together so it felt claustrophobic. Maybe try to get a more comfortable booth near the window. The food is good and that's probably why there are many customers in that medium-small room. Read more
