The receptionists go above and beyond. Helen, just to name one, she has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that everything worked out for me and my prescription, when she didn’t have to. I saw another review saying they don’t answer their phones - that’s not true and if they don’t it’s because they’re so good and busy and literally constantly on the phone or busy helping with patients. They ALWAYS call back when you leave a message. They treat every patient so well. Read more

I just received my hearing aids a week ago and one of them stopped working. I call Alon and he said could I come in and see him in an hour. We went right away and he checked out the hearing aid and found I had a dead speaker. He replaced the speaker for me right there and we were on our way. I got more underground(painful) face acne vs little blackheads etc. I also had some pigment scarring etc on my face. I am tired of using proactiv etc and would finally like a solution of free conscience. Recommended by a friends’ mom, I came to Q Esthetics to ask what treatments would be best for me, they suggested use IPL and chemical peel to treat the acne first, and use fractional laser to improve the appearance of scarring. As planned, now after 4 IPL treatments and 3 fraxel treatments, the results are beyond my expectations. But I still need some follow up treatments and maintenance suggested for continual clear skin.
