The food was pretty good...but it isn't that inexpensive. Our 1/2 litre of wine - really good Cab Sauv suggested by our quite competent waiter -was $24.95! Threw us a bit...but our fault as we didn't check the price first :) Pretty nice wine, though.
We each had the soup of the day which was very good and came with garlic toast plus we split the nachos which were good as well. I have no complaints...We sat in the bar and the waiter/bartender provided excellent service. I was actually surprised that it was so good...LOL....

We had an incredible dining experience. We started with the Triple Play appetizers, which were fantastic—a great way to kick off the meal. The Jambalaya pasta was full of flavor and perfectly spiced. Our server was attentive, and even the manager stopped by to check in, which was a nice touch. Great food and excellent service. Highly recommend!!

Our server, Megan, was so great! She made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Food was great, but she made our meal. She explained all the covid procedures and was smiling and laughing behind her mask the whole time. That has gotta be tough on all the staff. So appreciated!

Really amazing!! First and best restaurant I've been to in Canada and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The new owner Mani really made us feel at home and ensured his extremely friendly and kind staff made sure my family's and my first experience not only in Canada, but also in Montana's, was a special one. Simply put has the best combo for 5$ not to mention the best BBQ Chicken pizza among all locations of Twice The Deal I have visited. Staff is always courteous and eager to help with a smile. I love this place! Their sushi is actually DELICIOUS!!! I'm always full after I go here...in fact, I vomited once from being too full. I love that they have stamp cards!!! So fun!!
Their signature 'hockey sushi' is seriously SLAMMIN!!! However, I discovered a fish bone in the sushi once...and upon closer inspection, I found out that the outer layer of the hockey sushi is actually fish skin! This turned me off! I wish I hadn't made that discovery because this roll is fantastic.
The location is fairly remote... my GPS was going completely NUTS on the way here. Up hill, down hill, through construction zones- getting here was a journey in itself! But worth it! soooo good! SOOOOO good!!!

I had driven by this downtown georgetown pub many times without even noticing it was there, so when a friend suggested we go in for a few beers, I was surprised that I hadn't heard of this place before!
The beer list was mostly new to my eyes. They offer a huge selection of local microbreweries, which are surprisingly delicious! We ordered the fish and chips as we sipped on beer that had been brewed no more than 40 km from where we were sitting. The food took a bit of time, but this is definitely no fast food restaurant.... The fish, which we were told was freshly beer battered in the kitchen, was the best we'd ever tried. This would not be my last visit.
After coming in for the past year, I've noticed that this pub is at times understaffed, service can be delayed due to volume, but this is also a place to come and take your time. Don't come in expecting to have a quick meal in time to make a movie...This pub was created for people to come in and forget about the hustle bustle of their day to day lives!
